Why composite instead of timber

Natural timber cladding and decking looks superb on day one and expensive from year two onwards. It needs sealing, sanding and oiling, it splinters, it warps in heat and it rots where water sits. Wood-plastic composite gives you the same warm grain appearance with none of that maintenance cycle: no varnishing, no splinters, no insect damage, high UV stability and simple soap-and-water cleaning. For pool surrounds, patios, jetties and braai areas — anywhere combining water, foot traffic and direct sun — composite is simply the more sensible long-term investment, and the total cost of ownership over ten years is usually well below that of a sealed hardwood deck.

CNC screens, dividers and decor lighting

Our CNC machines cut Dibond aluminium composite, acrylic and steel to patterns drawn specifically for your project — geometric, organic, branded or a client's own artwork. The results work as boundary screens, balustrade infills, room dividers, ceiling features, aircon and gas-bottle covers, or backlit feature panels. Paired with our custom decor lighting — bollards, flexible neon, cove lighting and lit CNC screens — a plain courtyard or reception can become the most photographed part of a property. Measuring, installation and aftercare

Every decor project begins with a site visit. We take measurements, check substrate condition, confirm drainage and ventilation behind cladding, and identify fixing points and power runs for lighting. You then receive a layout drawing and an itemised quote covering materials, sub-framing, fixings, labour and waste — no surprises later. Installation is carried out by our own teams, who set out battens and joists correctly so panels sit flat, expansion gaps are respected and boards do not cup or buckle in the heat.

Aftercare is deliberately simple. Composite surfaces need an occasional wash; CNC screens in powder-coated or anodised finishes need nothing more than a rinse; LED components are chosen for accessible replacement rather than being sealed in.
